Growing up in Minneapolis and earning her degree in Apparel and Merchandising and Media Studies, she’s found ways to blend her love for style with the power of digital storytelling. With years of experience in fashion and styling, she’s developed a strong eye for aesthetics—and a passion for helping others express themselves through clothing.

Blair discovered her love for fashion at a young age, often playing dress up in her older sisters’ old dance costumes. Those early memories sparked a lasting passion for personal style and creativity. She’s inspired by how fashion gives people the freedom to express who they are without having to say anything at all. For her, style is all about confidence, individuality, and having fun with what you wear.

Gabi has always been drawn towards fashion and the story you can tell about yourself through the clothing you wear. With degrees in Business Administration and Fashion & Costume, she brings both creativity and a strong understanding of the industry to every client experience. Gabi’s goal is to help women feel confident, elevated, and authentically themselves through thoughtfully styled, elegant pieces.

Stylist

From the vibrant energy of LA to the sleek minimalism of Stockholm and the timeless edge of London, Gabriela has found her home in Minneapolis. With experience as a personal stylist for both men and women, she now brings that passion to Requisite. Gabriela is proud to be part of a team of expert stylists dedicated to inspiring confidence and creativity in every client.

Josie lives in the Mill District and enjoys the pace and energy of city life. Working at Requisite has given her valuable insight into high-quality brands, industry styles, and what sets the boutique apart. Beyond her passion for fashion, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Nursing at the University of St. Thomas. She loves being part of the Requisite team and working alongside such a wonderful group of women.

Store Manager + Stylist

Lisa has always seen fashion as a form of storytelling—an ever-evolving way to express identity and creativity. As a long-standing client, she was drawn to Requisite’s interplay of texture, color, and silhouette with the ability to blend timeless aesthetics with modern sensibilities. As a Stylist at Requisite, Lisa focuses on helping clients discover pieces that not only elevate their wardrobe but also reflect their individuality.

Maggie joined the Requisite team in 2024 when she found a team and a customer base that she admired. She has grown up around fashion for most of her life, so her role as a Stylist has allowed her to tap into that side of herself. Maggie's favorite part of being on the team is getting to work one on one with customers to find pieces they feel their most confident in.
