Requisite is a women’s apparel and accessories boutique located in the exclusive North Loop neighborhood of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Established in 2016, owner and buyer Libby Coyne has made it her mission to curate a unique and timeless designer assortment from around the world. With the focus always being on quality construction and beautiful fabrications, every item that is brought in is meant to bring joy to its owner for years to come. The Requisite aesthetic is classic, yet modern. We would be nowhere without the relationships with our customers. We are humbled that they put their trust in us to dress them for their important life moments, big or small. We are forever grateful.

Alicia Harris

Assistant Buyer & Director of E-commerce

In fashion, Alicia swapped the hustle of New York City for the charm of Minneapolis, bringing her showroom experience to the retail game. Since 2022, Requisite has become her second home and all of our customers have become family. With an eye for buying, she assists Libby in curating collections that resonate with diverse tastes and trends both in-store and online.

Hailey Hess

Social Media Specialist + Stylist

Fashion has always been a guiding force in Hailey’s life. She has continuously immersed herself in the world of fashion. Her passion extends beyond clothing—she loves exploring design, aesthetics, and the ever-evolving influence of social media. At Requisite, Hailey blends creativity with strategy as an Online Marketing Specialist and Stylist. It is her passion to curate engaging digital content and help clients refine their wardrobes.

Teighlor Anderson

Stylist

Teighlor Anderson is a dedicated retail stylist who thrives on connecting people with fashion that makes them feel confident and unique. Passionate about transcending fleeting trends, Teighlor focuses on curating timeless looks that empower individuals and reflect their authentic personality, blending style with substance.

Maggie McLaughlin

Stylist

Maggie joined the Requisite team in 2024 when she found a team and a customer base that she admired. She has grown up around fashion for most of her life, so her role as a Stylist has allowed her to tap into that side of herself. Maggie's favorite part of being on the team is getting to work one on one with customers to find pieces they feel their most confident in.

Josie Roberts

Stylist

Josie lives in the Mill District and enjoys the pace and energy of city life. Working at equisite has given her valuable insight into high-quality brands, industry styles, and what sets the boutique apart. Beyond her passion for fashion, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health and is currently ursuing her Master’s in Nursing at the University of St. Thomas. She loves being part of the Requisite team and working alongside such a wonderful group of women.
